揭秘！2018年7月的AICPA考试会考什么？

 

　　根据新考纲，从今年7月份起的FAR考试，会涉及收入确认新准则—五步法（需要重点学习）。接下来老师将结合考纲，给大家逐一解读下半年考试变化。

 

　　1.Revenue Recognition-Five-Step Approach

 

　　考纲变化：GAAP下收入确认的方法统一更新为Five-step approach。
 

 

　　考纲解读：2014年5月28日，美国会计准则委员会趋同国际会计准则委员会发布新的收入确认准则-收入确认五步法，新的收入确认准则于2017年1月1日正式生效，于2018年7月1日加入AICPA的考察范围。

　　2.Net Assets Category of Not-for-profit Organization

 

　　考纲变化：非盈利组织下的术语发生变动。
 

 

　　考纲解读：AICPA于2018年1月1日对Not-for-profit organization的部分术语进行了修正，非盈利组织经营过程中相关任务或资金的分类由更改前的unrestricted,temporarily restricted，permanently restricted更改为两个类别with donor restriction和without donor restriction。

 

　　考试指导：

 

　　3.Financial statement of Not-for-profit organization

 

　　考纲变化：去除教材中关于statement of functional expenses中的内容。

 

　　考纲解读：AICPA官网在2018年1月1日以后不再考察Not-for-profit organization下statement of function expenses下的考点。

 

　　考试指导：

 

　　更新前:Not-for-profit organization下需要掌握四张表格statement of financial position,statement of activities,cash flow statement,statement of functional expenses(mandatory for voluntary health and welfare organizations but optional for all other not-for-profit organization).

 

　　更新后：Not-for-profit organization下只需要掌握三张表格statement of financial position,statement of activities,cash flow statement.考生无需再掌握statement of functional expenses.
