If you have passed the examinations for USCPA and have this confirmed in transcripts and completion certificate this would allow the following:
F1 Accountant in Business
F2 Management Accounting
F3 Financial Accounting
F4 Corporate and Business Law
F5 Performance Management
F6 Taxation
F8 Audit and Assurance
F9 Financial Management
You would not be reuqired to be an active member of Aicpa to attain the above exemptions

1）打开ACCA官网链接：
https://portal.accaglobal.com/accrweb/faces/page/public/accreditations/enquiry/main/EnqInstitutionsTable.jspx
2）INSTITUTE name 处输入：USCPA，然后点击 Find 按钮
3）在下方点击链接"AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS (USCPA)"
4）在新的页面点击链接“ACCA Qualification”
5）免考信息如下图所示：
